Dr. Baird belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the International Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. In addition, Dr. C. Marlo Baird serves as a Trustee for David Baird IV Charitable Foundation.

As Medical Director of Growth & Recovery Services, Dr. C. Marlo Baird oversees the entire staff and determines the clinic’s focus and direction. She also develops new programs and provides referral services for patients. Dr. C. Marlo Baird ensures that addiction services remain comprehensive, and to that end she offers psychiatric and medical evaluations, comorbidity management, dual-diagnosis treatment, and saliva drug screens.

Dr. C. Marlo Baird served as an Addiction Psychiatrist at NHS Human Services, Inc., an organization that provides mental health services in the areas of autism, juvenile justice, addictive diseases, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
